You shall have no other Brands before me
Every entity in the market, be it a product, service, business, or organization, will eventually face the inescapable need to adapt. Even the Catholic Church, a millennial institution long marked by many contradictions, appears to be going through a phase of decline that will inevitably lead it to a crossroads: revival or retreat?
The goal is to conduct research on the evolution of the Catholic Church and its relationship with society throughout history, to understand how such a self-preserving organism has managed to remain connected to a constantly changing society for so long. The analysis will focus on its organization, rituals, and symbolism, and these elements will be used in relation to marketing and communication, to adapt its services and behavior to the needs of new generations and contemporary society, supported by a new design system that will help it revive before its complete decline.
If it's true that nothing is destroyed and everything transforms, the Church has the potential to become a remarkable case study on how any brand can adapt its form based on the social dynamics in which it operates.
